Frequently Asked Questions
Who can join the Bellevue Woman's Club?
Any woman in the greater Omaha area! If you are passionate about giving back to your community, then the Woman’s Club is for you. Of course, The BWC gives back exclusively to organizations in need within the Bellevue/Sarpy County community.
What's the commitment like?
How does the BWC give back to the community?
The BWC hosts an annual Spring Style Show which is our primary fundraiser. Money raised through ticket sales, raffle prizes and basket prizes provide us with the funds we need to donate to worthy causes in the Bellevue community. We raise $4000 – $6000 annually that goes back into the community. We also collect can tabs for Ronald McDonald Charities, donate funds to Heat Aid, and collect food and donations for the local food pantry. Our members also sew projects for Operation Smile, and beautify Bellevue’s Main Street in the summer by planting and tending to the flower boxes up and down the street.
Are there membership dues or other fees to join?
The membership dues are $30 annually, and lunches at our meetings currently cost $17 each.
How can I donate?
